Returns & Exchanges

At VITAL+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VITAL+ account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
